<p><strong>About the Company</strong></p> <p>Our client is a leading shoe footwear export manufacturing company in the region.</p> <p><strong>Job Title: Vice President, Shoe Business</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reports to CEO.</li> <li>Leading the profit and sales achievement in 5 years.</li> <li>Stay up to date with customer requirements and industry trends and communicate implications to top management.</li> <li>Develop sustainable SOPs for the entire shoe business and ensure they are being followed.</li> <li>Work on other initiatives as directed by top management.</li> <li>Oversee and grow the shoe export manufacturing business of the company in the region.</li> <li>Act as the chief representative of the shoe operations.</li> <li>Develop long-term strategies for profitable growth of the shoe business.</li> <li>Create an annual business plan and ensure its execution. Review the business regularly.</li><br></ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree.</li> <li>15+ years experience in handling footwear business operation.</li> <li>Rich, relevant technical and quality knowledge on sports, casual and safety footwear.</li> <li>Strong product development and marketing skills.</li> <li>Good understanding of shoe production.</li> <li>Proficiency in communicating with english.</li></ul>
